Ironline Pipeline was founded on a simple principle: the people running the line should be the people who have laid it before — under desert heat, North Sea wind, and Texas pressure.

Kevin Nowak has spent 40 years installing pipeline for upstream and midstream operators across the world's most demanding oil & gas environments. From early-career welding tickets in the U.S. Gulf to senior contracting work in the Middle East and across Europe, every project has reinforced one thing — schedules slip when supervision doesn't know what the crew is up against.

That field-first philosophy is what clients hire us for. We don't subcontract the relationship. The man whose name is on the door is on the job.

Cross-country and gathering system installation for crude, refined products, and natural gas. Lines from 4″ to 48″, onshore and rig tie-in scopes.

Welding & Fabrication

Certified welding to API 1104 and ASME standards. SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and mechanized welding crews — including high-volume mainline and complex tie-ins.

Hydrotesting & Commissioning

Pressure testing, dewatering, drying, nitrogen purging, and final tie-in to operating systems. Full documentation packages handed over to operations.

Coating & Corrosion Control

Field-applied joint coatings, FBE touch-up, cathodic protection coordination, and integrity monitoring scopes aligned to NACE/AMPP standards.
